Hi, I’m Trevor Britt, a certified Arizona fishing guide, and I can’t wait to share my passion for fishing with you.
I’ve been fishing for as long as I can remember ever since I was old enough to hold a rod. When I entered middle school, my passion for the sport really took off. I spent countless hours fishing every pond I could find around Safford, learning something new every time I hit the water.
It wasn’t long before my parents suggested I try bass tournaments, and I jumped at the opportunity. From 7th grade through high school, I competed in tournaments across Arizona, earning several wins and coming just a few ounces shy of qualifying for the national championship during my sophomore year. Those years taught me the value of preparation, patience, and persistence—qualities I still bring to every trip I guide.
After high school, I entered the workforce, but my love for fishing only continued to grow. That’s when I truly immersed myself in fly fishing. While I had been introduced to it when I was younger, this time I was all in. Fly fishing has taken me to some of Arizona’s most beautiful waters, introduced me to incredible people, and given me unforgettable experiences.
Today, I specialize in both conventional bass fishing and fly fishing, and my mission is simple: to give every client an adventure they’ll never forget.
My goal as a guide is about more than just helping you catch fish. I want every client to experience the excitement of the pursuit, build confidence on the water, and develop an appreciation for the incredible places these fish call home. Whether we’re chasing trout on a fly rod or targeting bass on one of Arizona’s legendary lakes, I want you to leave with lasting memories and a deeper love for the outdoors.
I’ve spent years fishing Roosevelt Lake and Apache Lake for bass, and they’re still two of my favorite places to be. Recently, I’ve also been expanding into fly fishing for bass on these lakes, and I’m excited to begin offering those guided trips as well.
